Ryan is the co-founder and President of Complete Safety Solutions. With a 15 year background in HSE and management, Ryan brings an intense love for safety and business to Complete. Ever striving to make his mark on the HSE landscape, he sought to address the need for a locally owned, large scale training facility in the Lafayette/Broussard area. That is what drove Ryan to re-package his existing consulting exclusive company into the new premier training company in the region. This drive and determination to set up Complete Safety as the next "Go To" solution for regulatory and compliance training in the area has brought us to today: a 10,000+ square foot facility, numerous course offered, outstanding pricing and discounts, and a client first attitude that will propel Complete Safety into the future.
Ryan Granger - VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ryan Joined Complete Safety in early 2015 and has been responsible for Business Development since he came aboard. His ability to not only "Sell" Complete Safety but also to ensure that our customers are taken care of is what sets Ryan apart. Complete Safety strives to be not only the leader in training and consulting, but also the leader in service in the training industry. Grant Gisclair - VP ACCOUNTING
Grant is a founding owner of Complete Safety Solutions. He brings over 35 years of industry experience to the classroom and to Completes’ clients. His management and HSE expertise and unique "Take it home" approach is what made him a favorite for most students. Grant heads the accounting department at Complete where his attention to detail and meticulousness are put to great use. He also assists in the training of new instructors to help ensure the continuation of the quality and caring training methods we are known for.
Blake Hebert - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Blake arrived at Complete Safety in 2016 with an established record of success. His “to the point” approach to sales and business development has helped him garner the trust of many of our clients. He deploys a system of business development in which his goal is to not only make the sale, but also prove that Complete Safety is an invaluable resource to our client’s business. Blake works tirelessly to ensure our customers are taken care of and that there needs are met. Our clients love his attention to detail to ensure that they receive exactly what they want and more.
Dusty Hulin - HSE CONSULTANT
Dusty joined the Complete Safety team in early 2017 after years of successful relationship building as an HSE Consultant. His focus is our consulting division. Complete offers a full menu of services to clients on a monthly and event by event basis where we act on behalf of clients as there HSE department. That HSE department is Dusty Hulin. Dusty has an innate ability to see what our clients need before they see that they need it, and has the ability to provide them with solutions and not just identify problems. In the HSE world, this is crucial. His ability to provide this insight for numerous clients is what has spurred the growth of our consulting services and continues to make Complete Safety the go to provider.
Claude LeBas - HSE CONSULTANT
Claude LeBas better known as “Tee Safe”, joined Complete Safety in early 2017 as an instructor. His background in HSE management and HSE field work blended well into the classroom environment as he understands the realities of life in the field for the students he is teaching. With the ascension of Complete’s consulting division and the knowledge that Claude possess, it was a natural fit for him to move into that capacity in order to better serve Complete Safety’s clients. Claude has a no frills approach to HSE management, his perception of how processes go together in the manual and his knowledge of how it “really” works in the field help him advise our clients in a way that ensures buy in and participation from their employees. Otis Sevin - TRAINING MANAGER
Otis joined our team in 2015 as an instructor. He quickly established himself as a leader amongst the employees. His extensive background in HSE and training made him the go-to person for questions and advice seeking from his peers. Otis became our Training manager in Late 2016 and he manages the day to day operations of the training facility. In addition to his daily management tasks, Otis also heads our Medical training division. He is certified and registered with the NREMT and Louisiana Bureau of EMS as an instructor and program manager. He works closely with our Medical director to ensure our medical training for all classes from first aid to full EMT training is up to date with the latest medical and regulatory standards.
